Today, In The Russian Capital Moscow, The Celebrations Of The 70th Anniversary Of The Establishment Of Sudanese-Russian Relations Were Launched Within The Context Of The Sudanese Cultural Days, Which Continue Until The 10th At The Foreign Literature Library In Moscow. Today, The Photographic Exhibition Was Opened, Featuring Sudanese Historical And Civilizational Landmarks, Glimpses Of Cultural Life, And Paintings By Russian Artists About Their Experience With Sudan. Ambassador Mohamed Elghazali Eltigani Sirraj, Ambassador Of The Republic Of The Sudan To The Russian Federation, Received The Guests Of The Events From Prominent Figures Of Russian Society Interested In Culture, Artists, And Writers, In The Presence Of The Director Of The Foreign Literature Library In Russia, Ms. Maria Zakharinka. In His Speech, Ambassador Ghazali Expressed His Happiness With This Occasion, Noting That Sudan, Both Government And People, Views With Satisfaction The Development Of Relations Between The Two Countries, Especially Since Russia Was Among The First Countries To Express Its Support And Solidarity With Sudan From The Very First Moments Of The Militia’s Rebellion Against The State And The Sudanese Armed Forces. Ambassador Ghazali Added That The Sudanese Cultural Days Activities Will Continue For Several Days And Their Conclusion Will Witness An Official Event Attended By Representatives Of The Russian Government, The State Duma, And The Diplomatic Corps Accredited To The Russian Federation, In Addition To The Sudanese Community, Students, And Russian Friends Of Sudan. Ms. Maria Zakharinka, Director Of The Foreign Literature Library, Expressed Her Pride In The Sudanese Embassy’s Choice Of The Library To Host This Important Event For Both Countries, Explaining That Culture Represents A Bridge Between Peoples And Praising The Level Of Russian-Sudanese Relations.
